Sleigh riding Christmas Eve Day!!!

Well if you can't tell by these pictures these kids had a blast, it was a beautiful day. Nice and warm the kids had a ton of fun sleigh riding. It was great, Uncle Brigg and Aunt Jen came to play with us. Hunter and Makenna were little buddies coming down the hill over and over and then Grandpa or Grandma would come back down the hill and pick them up and take them back up to the top. The snow was so good that day the kids would go so fast they would hit the fence. We had way to much fun!!!

Making cookies for Santa

Makenna and Grandma Paula and Mommy made cookies for Santa, we made them after the big breakfast on Christmas eve day, Makenna and grandma got a Little out of hand they started posing, and were being pretty funny, they make me Laugh!!

Christmas eve morning having breakfast with the Larsen Family

This year John and I started a new tradition, We are going to have a big breakfast every year at our house Christmas eve morning, this year was a hit every one showed up, John smoked all kinds of meet. John also made home made omelets, pancakes everyone brought something. There was plenty to eat!! The kids had alot of fun. It was great way to start Christmas eve day!!

Darling Christmas Party

My little girls were dressed up so cute for the Christmas party, I had to take a couple pics of them before the party started. When we arrived every one went crazy over Saysay wanting to hold her and play with her, Makenna was so excited to be with all of her cousins.

This year the Darling Family Christmas Party was a lot of fun. We all brought one of our favorite finger foods to share, we brought barbeque weenies which were way good. We ate lots of food, then we did the manger scene with all the kids dressing up as different parts. Makenna was the angel, SaySay was baby Jesus and John was Joseph. SaySay was so funny, she kept stretching out flat and then rolling off the foot stool. The kids did great, we all laughed and had so much fun. We then opened Christmas presents from Grandma Paula. The kids loved their presents and had a great time!

Zoo lights

This year we decided to go a do Zoo lights for Family night the Monday before Christmas, we got the whole family together we were only missing one person and that was Sarah she was working. We all met up at the Zoo and walked through the zoo looking at all the lights, it was pretty fun the kids had a blast running around, it was cold we all bundle up to keep warm and then after we all went and ate at Apple-bees. It was a good night with great memory's!!!

Our little Makenna

Well if you can't tell she is almost 4 going on 16, she makes John and I laugh, she is always posing, always dressing up, putting bows in her hair, she loves purses and jewelry and don't forget shoes!!! We love this girl!! G. G. Larsen gave her this for Christmas and she has wore it around the house for weeks!!!

Santa clause

Every year Santa Clause comes and visit the kids, The best is that he brings Mrs. Clause with him. They sit the kids down read them a book and then one by one pulls a present out of the big red bag They come and sit on his lap and tell them what they want for Christmas. Makenna was so cute of course she told he she wanted a HOT PINK SPARKLY BARBIE CAR!! Sayla did not cry I was sup rise she didn't mind it. The kids had a blast!!

Ginger bread house

Well this was a busy night with lots of fun, it started out with Sayla's birthday and then went into gingerbread house which was way fun the kids loved making them, this time they all turned out, Makenna love being able to choose from all the candy, her and SAM sat by each other and went to town. You can tell Makenna was way proud of her ginger bread house.

Alittle about what Sayla is doing right now;
21 lbs 50% for her age
27inch's tall she is Little shorty!!!
She is a healthy, fun, wild loving little girls, she is so stinken cute, most of all she is so loving, she is constantly giving open mouth kiss and hugs. The best is she gives them out to anyone, she still goes to any one but her favorite person of course is her mother. She of course mastered crawling she can move, she follows me every where into every room.
she just started walking and every day she is getting better and better, she makes us laugh because she not scared of any thing.
She is into everything, lately her favorite place is the toilet and bathroom I have to constant keep the doors closed or she is in them.
Sayla is still a very content little girl but I think that is going to change, if Makenna takes something from her that she loves we are starting to here about it. she is starting to scream. which some times we just do it to see her cry because she drops her lips so cute and falls to the ground so dramatic.
Sayla is starting to love food any thing and everything!! she eats everything which is so nice, she still only has 2 teeth but she manages.
She is obsess with baths, when she hears the bath water watch out because here she comes.
Sayla loves her big sister, she follows her around loves playing in her room!!
Sayla is saying mama and Dada so good.
Sayla loves talking on the phone she holds it up to her ear and just starts gap ping it is so funny!!
Sayla loves her belly and her back being tickled she well just lay on the floor and let you do it!!
when you tell her no Sayla just shack es her head no back at you. which we told her no alot with the Christmas tree which she did not listen.
When music is turned on any where look at Sayla and she is just a jam men arms a waving and legs a kick en, it is so funny she loved music.
The girl sleeps about 12 hours a night which she has been doing since she is 3 months old, but the best is if I dont hear her she never cry she well just play until I go and get her. she loves to sleep on her belly!!
I just love her so much, she is a joy in our life and we are so grateful for her!!! We love you SaySay!!

Sayla's birthday!!!

Sayla's birthday party was so much fun. She had a blast, she is now a big 1. She had alot of family and friends that came and spoiled her rotten, She got of alot of fun toys and cute clothes, the best part of the night was watching sayla digging into her cake and eating it. Thanks to grandma Ras she had an adorable cake.

Ckeck ups

I can not believe that My little girls are growing up so fast, Makenna is turning 4 and Sayla is turning 1. They just had there yearly check ups and are growing just fine. Makenna weighs 34 lbs and Sayla 21lbs. Time is flying by way to fast but I am loving every minute of it. Most of all I have these beautiful little girls enjoy it with.

Sayla is walking!!!

Yes are little girl surprised us and started walking before her one birthday!!! On Dec 15 she took about 6 steps and then fell, she is our little mover always on the move!! Trying to keep up with her big sister!!

Sledding on johns birthday!!

John had such great birthday we had so much fun, during the day we headed up to the ranch and took the kids sleigh riding, if you can not tell by the pictures, Makenna had way to much fun, she is a little animal, she would come down the hill and give the thumbs up and say this is awesome!!! we would all just all laugh. Sayla was great she loves to ride on the four wheelers. The best is it was a nice and warm day!! It felt good to be outside!!!

John birthday!!!

I just have to say one thing about my cute Husband!!! He is the best I am so grateful for him and all that he dose for our family, he is a wonderful father and husband he is my best friend, John and I have way to much fun together, he is always making me laugh, and knows how to keep me happy!! I just want to wish you a happy birthday!!! I love you so very much!!

Makenna and Snow White

During the busy month of December Makenna fell asleep on the couch, next minute I looked over and she had a friend curled up right next to her, and then on her. Makenna and snow white are best friends and Makenna loves her kitty cat and snow white is a great cat!!

Christmas Fun!!!

Here are some random pictures of the girls getting ready for Christmas. Makenna went with Grandma to help her pick out her Christmas tree, She thought this was pretty dang fun, she really wanted this small Christmas tree but grandma told her she need a little bigger!! Makenna and I tried to build a gingerbread house it didn't turn out but Makenna had fun any way!! Here is Makenna and Sayla on Santa's lap, Makenna was so excited to meet Santa and to sit on his lap and tell him what she wants for Christmas, Makenna wants a Hot pink sparkly barbie car and she told Santa all about it!! The best is Sayla was out and there was no waking her up. The people in line were laughing at me trying to wake her up so we just got a picture of her asleep on his lap!!
